Terms and Conditions

Accounts: You can check out as a guest; an account is optional. If you create one, keep your password to yourself.

Your details: Checkout asks for your name, phone number, address, city and area; email is optional. If a wrong address or an unreachable phone delays or returns a delivery, we will try to reach you again, but we are not responsible for the delay.

Confirmation: After you submit an order, our team may call to confirm it. An order is not a final sale until it has been confirmed.

Prices: All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka. The price shown at checkout when you place the order is the price you pay.

Payment: Cash on delivery is the only method today: you pay the full amount when the parcel reaches you. We will announce it here when online payment is available.

Pricing errors: If a technical fault shows a price that is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and will let you know.

Options: Office pickup (free), delivery inside Dhaka, or delivery outside Dhaka.

Charges: The delivery charge depends on the products and the area, and is shown at checkout before you place the order.

Tracking: Check your order on the Track Order page with the order number and the phone number you ordered with. If you gave an email, you will also get emails when the order ships, is delivered or is canceled.

Descriptions: Specifications usually come from the manufacturer. The item you receive may look slightly different from the photos.

Solar performance: Real output from a panel or system depends on sunlight, weather, orientation and installation quality, so it will not always reach the rated figure.

Safety: Have inverters, batteries and wiring installed by someone experienced and follow the manufacturer's instructions. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse.

By you: Contact support to cancel an order any time before it ships.

By us: We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was wrong, or we cannot confirm the order by phone. We will tell you if this happens.

Returns: Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled under our Returns & Refunds page.

Warranty: Where a product page states a warranty, the warranty applies on the terms given there.

Liability: To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We may update them from time to time; changes take effect once published on this page.
