এই প্যাকেজের সোলার প্যানেল আলাদা করে হাব ডেলিভারি হবে, বাকি প্রোডাক্ট গুলো হোম ডেলিভারি হবে। ট্রান্সপোর্টেশন বা ডেলিভারি জনিত কারনে প্যানেল ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে এর দায় কুরিয়ার কোম্পানি নিবেনা। তবে ক্রেতাদের বিশ্বাস এবং বিগত দিনের অভিজ্ঞতা থেকে আমরা যথেষ্ট কনফিডেন্স তাই কোন প্যানেল ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে তার ৮০% বিডিশপ বহন করবে এবং বাঁকি২০% কাস্টমার বহন করবে। ফুল পেমেন্ট করে অর্ডার করতে হবে।ডেলিভারি জেলা / উপজেলা পর্যায়ে পাঠানো হবে, হোম ডেলিভারি হবেনা।যে কুরিয়ার বা Transport মাধ্যমে পাঠানো হবে সেটি আগে থেকে জানানোর সুযোগ কম, তাই পাঠানোর পর জানানো হবে। কেননা একেক এরিয়াতে একেক কুরিয়ার এই প্রোডাক্টগুলি দ্রুত এবং কম খরচে ডেলিভারি করতে পারে।বড় প্যানেলের সাথে ডেলিভারির সময় কোন র‍্যাপিং বা বক্স থাকেনা এবং দেয়াও হবেনা। কারণ বক্স দিয়ে ঢেকে দিলে ডেলিভারির সময় এর উপর আরও অন্যান্য ভারী প্রোডাক্ট রাখে, কিন্তু ওপেন থাকলে গ্লাসের জিনিস দেখে এটা সযত্নে ডেলিভারি করার চেষ্টা করে।তারপরেও সাধারণত ঢাকা থেকে জেলা পর্যায়ে যেতে প্যানেল ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবার সম্ভাবনা খুবই কম। কিন্তু দেখা যায় সাধারণত ব্যাটারির রিক্সা বা ভ্যানে করে নেয়ার সময় প্রপার হ্যান্ডেলিং না করার কারণে সমস্যা হবার চান্স থাকে। তাই লাস্ট মাইল ডেলিভারিতে সচেতন থাকবেন। প্যানেল সুন্দরভাবে ডেলিভারি পেতে বেশী সংখ্যক প্যানেল একসাথে পিকআপে এবং নিজ দায়িত্বে ডেলিভারি নিতে পারেন — এটা বেস্ট অপশন, যদিও খরচ বেশী হবে।
